My name is Keoki Kimzin and I am looking to acquire and personally operate a great, local company with the intent of a long term hold.

I began my career as a U.S. Air Force officer and pilot, leading combat search and rescue missions and managing international flight operations across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. I commanded teams of up to 60 personnel, oversaw $200 million in defense assets, and served as a strategic liaison with NATO and coalition forces. After nearly a decade of service—including roles as Executive Officer, Instructor Pilot, and Operations Lead—I transitioned into entrepreneurship, raising $1.8M in equity to acquire and manage over 150 mobile home units and closing over $15M in commercial real estate transactions.
My family is the reason I got out of the service and moved to Western North Carolina. I’ve been married to my wife Samantha for over 11 years and we have two daughters, Mia (3.5) and Sophia (1.5). Living here is incredible and we are excited to see them grow into our community.
My family is here for the long term and we intend to keep the company we acquire in our family for a long time to come.
